Chrystal is an Australian photographer working across editorial documentary portraiture and conceptual image making.

Chrystal explores the rhythms that shape human experience: fertility, care, domestic ritual, memory, and our relationship with the natural world. Moving between the intimate and elemental, she considers visual narratives that hold beauty and contradiction, instinct and artifice.

Her practice brings an editorial sensibility and conceptual depth the people, places and ideas she works with, creating beauty and intelligent visual narratives that remaining attentive to the beautiful realities of everyday life.
